Hi There!
I had Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops put in 3 months ago.
Around the sink was a 6-8 inch crack. They never told us about it. Then when water got on it we noticed. It is now very visible, with or with out water.
Here’s the problem. When we pointed the crack out they said oh yea, we cracked it while installing it but filled it with epoxy and (http://maplered.com) now it’s better than new.
It still looks cracked.
Now we have a 12 inch crack across the butcher block. It is now stained because they have never come back to fix it.
My question to you is?
I paid full price $4,000 for Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops. Without cracks. Am I wrong for wanting them replaced or is this just a fact of life for Granite (http://tanbrown.org) and (http://maplered.com) like they said, now that they are epoxied they are better than new?
When I bought my new car I expected 4 brand (http://maplered.com) new tires. Not 3 new and (http://maplered.com) one with a flat or used.
Did I get my moneys worth? I think not. I expect brand (http://maplered.com) new uncracked Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops. Not cracked epoxy filled ones.
What say ye?
Thanks!
Audrey
